The project, currently under construction, was designed tin collaboration with Nick Milkovich Architects and was designed to meet LEED Platinum standards. The new waterfront community centre will also provide a daycare,
as well as boating and restaurant facilities, serving as a key community amenity for this new neighborhood evolving on the False Creek waterfront. The curved plan of the building embraces a public waterfront plaza, that will allow a number of shared outdoor activities. The waterfront plaza connects to the street through the two-storey atrium lobby of the building.
