This is a two-storey and 7,000 ft2 daycare facility in Burnaby, BC. Energy modeling is adopted for design assistance to select appropriate building envelopes including wall, roof, and glazing, and evaluate the energy performance of mechanical system. 

A LEED energy compliance modelling will be conducted once the construction drawings are issued and equipment shop drawings are reviewed, and an energy compliance report for LEED application will be prepared and submitted.
